1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Orlaya Floral Studio ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Orlaya Floral Studio offers floral arrangement design and delivery services within the Metro Vancouver area in British Columbia, Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or location at our discretion.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. By placing an order, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age
The delivery address provided is within our Metro Vancouver service area
All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and will provide a full refund in such cases. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is successfully placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within the Metro Vancouver area only. Delivery details:

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery is to the address provided at checkout; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer
If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location or attempt re-delivery at our discretion
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control

If you have specific delivery instructions or concerns, please include them in the notes section at checkout or contact us in advance.

6. Product Descriptions and Substitutions

We make every effort to accurately represent our floral arrangements through photos and descriptions. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers:

Specific flower varieties, colours, and foliage may vary based on availability
If a particular flower is unavailable, we will substitute with a flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of the arrangement
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and the final arrangement may differ slightly

7. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total
Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a quality issue or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are not offered for arrangements where the customer provided incorrect delivery information, or for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after delivery has been completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Orlaya Floral Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlaya Floral Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
