Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Orlaya Floral, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with fresh, perishable flowers, we want to be upfront about our policy and we promise to always do our best to make things right.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered. However, if your fresh flower arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement arrangement or store credit.

Returns

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns on flower arrangements, bouquets, or any fresh floral products. We kindly ask that any concerns be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before your order goes into production. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an arrangement has been made, exchanges may not be possible, but we will work with you to find a solution.
