Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on the preceding day. Residential deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, while business deliveries are completed between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If you require a specific delivery window, we are happy to do our best to accommodate you. Rather than guaranteeing an exact delivery time, we offer a two-hour delivery window, giving our team the flexibility to ensure every arrangement arrives in perfect condition. A $20 fee applies to timed deliveries.

Redeliveries
Every attempt will be made to deliver your flowers to their destination. However, if a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control such as no answer, recipient not home, or an incorrect address a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery amount will need to be collected before another attempt can be arranged.
