Can I specify a delivery time?
If you require a specific delivery window, we are happy to do our best to accommodate you. Rather than an exact time, we offer a two hour delivery window, giving our team the flexibility to ensure every arrangement arrives in perfect condition. A $20 fee applies for timed deliveries. To arrange this, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability before your order is placed and take payment.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Orlaya offers fresh flower subscriptions for home and office delivery across Greater Vancouver. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery, with discounts applied based on your chosen frequency. A regular subscription is a beautiful way to keep your space feeling fresh, or to send someone you love the gift of flowers that keeps giving. How do I know what size bouquet to order?
Choosing the right size is an important part of making sure your arrangement feels just right for the occasion. Our size guide is designed to help you understand the scale and presence of each option, from a sweet and intimate bouquet to a full, statement arrangement. Each size is shown with a general description to give you a sense of what to expect. Please keep in mind that the images in our size guide are examples, and as with all Orlaya arrangements, natural variation in seasonal blooms means the final bouquet may differ slightly in stem variety and texture while always staying true to the colour palette and overall style.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or regional market supply. When this happens, our florists will carefully select fresh blooms of equal or greater value to maintain the style, colour palette, and overall aesthetic of your arrangement. Every substitution decision is made with the same thoughtfulness and attention to detail that goes into every Orlaya order. We source our flowers daily from local and international markets to give us the best possible range of seasonal blooms, and we will never downgrade your order in quality, value, or design.
Do you offer same‑day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery across Greater Vancouver for orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday. If you are in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, or anywhere across Metro Vancouver, same-day delivery is a great option for last-minute gifts, surprise bouquets, or time-sensitive occasions. Orders placed after the 10:00am cutoff will be scheduled for the following available delivery day. Please note that public holidays may affect same-day availability, and we recommend placing your order in advance during busy floral periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We take great care to ensure every arrangement arrives in perfect condition and in the right hands. When delivering, our team will always look for a safe, sheltered spot to leave your flowers if no one is home, and will attempt to contact the recipient before making any decisions. For apartment buildings and secure properties, we will do our best to reach the recipient or building management to arrange access.
If we are unable to find a safe place to leave the arrangement or gain entry, your flowers will be carefully returned to our studio to preserve their freshness. Our team will then reach out to you directly to arrange a new delivery time that works. Please note that a redelivery fee will apply.
Will my flowers match the image on the website?
Our website images are carefully curated to represent the style, size, and colour palette of each arrangement, but please keep in mind that every bouquet is uniquely crafted by hand using the freshest seasonal blooms available. Because we source our flowers daily from local and international markets, the exact stem varieties in your arrangement may differ from those pictured.
What will always remain consistent is the overall colour palette, design aesthetic, and the signature Orlaya style you see in our photos. Nature is beautifully unpredictable, and we work with it rather than against it, selecting the best available blooms to honour the spirit of each arrangement while ensuring every order meets our standard of quality and care.

Whether you are sending flowers in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, or Langley, we make it easy to get beautiful blooms to your door. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orlaya is an online-only florist serving Greater Vancouver. Without a physical storefront, we are able to focus entirely on what matters most: sourcing the freshest seasonal blooms and delivering beautifully designed arrangements directly to your door. All orders are placed through our website, making it easy to send flowers anywhere across Metro Vancouver from the comfort of your home.

What time will my flowers arrive?
Our standard flower delivery window across Greater Vancouver is 11:00am to 7:00pm. For office and corporate deliveries, we prioritise getting your arrangement there before 5:00pm to ensure it is received during business hours. If you have a specific delivery time request, such as a morning delivery or a precise arrival time for an event or special occasion, please reach out to our team at least one day in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Planning ahead ensures we can schedule your delivery with the care and precision every Orlaya order deserves.
